Only used once with fairly good results,hopefully will get better with practice . I live in a hard water area .TDS reading 368 so this could also be a problem .I have bought a ball valve to fit on the 6mm pipe, which saves me the trouble of going back and too to the water tap .Perhaps it could be included in the kito

Just received this, and have used it on all my windows, I am very pleased with the results, just waiting to see how long the resin lasts before renewal.

Bought one of these – used twice for whole house works as advertised. You really need to buy the Claber Connector Shut Off Valve or similar for ease of use (if included I would have given 5 stars) even as a home user. Website picture does not do justice to system as it is v.good quality including connectors (although they look like cheap ones, they are not). Overall very pleased
